Experts at AttractionTickets.com have analysed the UK’s top 100 baby name data from 2022 to 2024 to predict which names will gain popularity in 2025.

Aurora
As the “Sleeping Beauty,” Aurora has risen from 49th place in 2022 to 12th in 2024 and is expected to maintain its position in 2025.
Charlotte
Following a surge in interest, Charlotte has jumped from 26th place in 2022 to a projected 5th in 2025, partly due to its feature in The Princess and the Frog.
Daisy
Daisy Duck’s charming personality has lifted the name Daisy from 99th in 2023 to 81st in 2024, with experts predicting a continued rise due to its connection to Disney’s classic universe and fresh, floral appeal.
Riley
As the main character in Inside Out, Riley is a spirited name that has surged onto the list, reaching 38th place in 2024, and is likely to climb higher in 2025 with the release of Inside Out 2.

Violet
Inspired by the character from The Incredibles, the name Violet has climbed from 43rd place in 2022 to 16th in 2024 and is expected to maintain its position in 2025. This surge in popularity can be attributed not only to its Disney connection but also to the growing trend of floral names.
This combination is likely to secure Violet a spot in the top 50 out of the top 100 list for 2025. .
In terms of boys’ names, Christopher has made a comeback. Although it hasn’t been as popular in recent years, it managed to reach 81st place on the top 100 baby names list in 2024, having not even featured in 2022.
This upward trend is predicted to continue into 2025, possibly due to the influence of Winnie the Pooh’s Christopher Robin, the ultimate friend and dreamer.
Another boy’s name gaining traction is Hudson, known from Cars as the Hudson Hornet. This name has sped up the ranks, moving from 43rd to a projected 14th in 2025.
With its modern appeal and rugged, adventurous spirit, Hudson is a hit with parents seeking a Disney-inspired name that isn’t overly traditional.
