A Prime Video series starring Molly-Mae Hague is set to delve into the influencer’s world following her split from ex-fiancé Tommy Fury. Meeting on ITV2 Love Island back in 2019, the couple later settled down together and welcomed their daughter Bambi into the world in January 2023.
They announced their separation through individual social media messages in August. The forthcoming six-episode project aims to provide “unprecedented access” to Hague’s life, documenting her path post-public breakup, her experiences as a new mother, and her entrepreneurial venture with her fashion label Maebe.
Prime Video describes the show as “raw, real and redefining what it means to thrive under intense public scrutiny”. Hannah Blyth of Prime Video UK expressed excitement about the project: “This year has been a transformative one for Molly, and we’re thrilled to offer Prime Video audiences exclusive, intimate access to her daily life and exciting new ventures through this series.”
She adds: “Molly is a true powerhouse and her authenticity, resilience and strength will undoubtedly resonate with viewers as she opens up like never before.”
Lorton Entertainment, which helped develop and co-produce the show alongside Navybee, shares the same sentiment.
Julian Bird, Lorton’s founder and CEO said: “We are delighted to bring viewers unprecedented access into the life of one of the country’s most recognisable faces.”
Executive production credits are shared between Bird, Kenneth Shepherd of Lorton, and Demi Doyle of Navybee.
Ms Doyle, creative director at Navybee, commented: “I met Molly when she was only 19. She had a heart of gold and I always knew she had an amazing journey ahead of her.
“Molly has opened her doors to our crew and given an exclusive all-access insight into her life for the first time ever following the highs, lows, laughs and tears as she balances her public and personal life.”
Hague and her fiancé, boxer Fury, both aged 25 and famous for coming second on Love Island season five, got engaged in July 2023. The couple were also featured in the 2023 Netflix documentary ‘At Home With The Furys’, focusing on Fury’s half brother, heavyweight boxing champ Tyson Fury, and his family.
The first trio of episodes from the new series is set to air on January 17, with additional episodes to come later in spring.
