Ex-Rangers striker Nicky Clark was had his stolen car returned after he was left fuming when thieves stole his fancy motor from a driveway.
The talisman, who is currently join-top scorer in the league for Premiership outfit St Johnstone, had his Volkswagen Touareg stolen from the driveway in Dundee sometime on last night.
Using a angry face emoji, Clark begged his almost 39,000 followers on social media to search for the motor. He said: “Car stolen from driveway in Dundee last night, reg number N16 CRK keep an eye out.”
However, the car was later found by cops, as the 33-year-old forward let his fans on X know.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of the theft of a car from the Strathmartine Road area of Dundee around 8.30am on Thursday, 21 November, 2024. The vehicle was recovered by officers later that day. Enquiries are ongoing.”
Police have not currently arrested anyone for the theft, as they continue to investigate the crime.
Between 2013 and 2016, Clark starred for the Ibrox side – scoring 19 goals in 78 appearances. So far this season, the Saints captain has banged in five goals for the Perth side.
