Are you looking to challenge your vision?
Try it with the latest puzzle that’s got everyone talking. Regular optical illusions and brainteasers can teach us about how our eyes and brains collaborate to perceive the world around us.
Experts say some illusions trick us because our minds are always trying to predict what comes next. It’s crucial to note optical illusions are quite normal and aren’t necessarily an indicator of your ocular or cerebral health.
If you reckon you’re up for the challenge, there’s a dizzying image making rounds on Reddit’s illusion-focused forum, which left around 142,000 members scratching their heads.
The image presents two towers, one appearing to tilt more than the other, with a caption posing the question: “Which of these two towers is leaning more?” Have a go and see if you can discern the trickery at play.
The image quickly gathered heaps of interaction, garnering numerous likes and perplexed comments from the audience. One user confessed: “I’m so confused at what I’m looking at here.” Another simply exclaimed: “Trippy.”
A third commenter even joked that the image was making them feel “drunk”. Well, time for a little honesty – both towers are part of an illusion and, as the original poster reveals, are in fact “the same picture”. So, do you see it yet?
In response to the puzzling feature, someone advised: “Close one eye and hold a finger over the logo then angle your finger so it covers the right side of the building on the left. May have to hold your finger and phone at a certain distance.”

The premise is uncomplicated: answer the questions as swiftly as possible. Overthinking isn’t necessary – the maths is elementary, and speed is of the essence here.
As demonstrated in the video, the questions are: “What’s 1+1? What’s 2+2? What’s 4+4? What’s 8+8? Now, name a vegetable as fast as you can.”
