The Cowboys standout linebacker made perhaps the play of the season on Thanksgiving.

ARLINGTON, Texas — It’s Thanksgiving, and the Cowboys’ pass rushers are feasting again.

Dallas, still searching for its first home win, is facing the New York Giants in Arlington, looking to build on the momentum from last week’s victory over Washington.

Big plays are key to keeping that momentum alive, and Cowboys linebacker DeMarvion Overshown delivered early in the second quarter Thursday.

Trailing 7-6, Overshown burst off the edge to blow up the Giants’ running back, then soared into the air to tip a pass from Drew Lock. After what seemed like an eternity in the air, he came down with the ball and returned it for a touchdown.

The play made many jaws drop and will surely be featured in SportsCenter’s Top-10 segment.

People on X, formerly Twitter, were sent into a frenzy after the insane touchdown, sharing their praise for the one-of-a-kind highlight.

So while fans celebrate the great play from a rising star, the Cowboys are not out of the woods yet as they still lead the Giants by just 6 points.
