(CNN) – Beyonce has been named the greatest pop star of the 21st century by Billboard.
Billboard says the songstress topped their list for her 25 years of “influence, impact and evolution.”
Beyonce has won a record 32 Grammys, the most of any artist, and she is expected to scoop up even more at the awards in January.
She also has a deep history on Billboard’s charts.
Eight of her albums have reached the number one spot on the Billboard 200, the first being her debut solo album, “Dangerously in Love” in 2003.
Over the past few months, Billboard has been announcing its top 25 artists of the past 25 years.
Taylor Swift came in second and Rihanna was third.
