I’m a Celeb’s Coleen Rooney is gearing up for an emotional reunion with her children in the jungle. Two of her sons with footballer husband Wayne – Kit, eight, and Cass, six – are set to join their mum in heartwarming scenes.

Their grandmother Colette is also expected to be present in tonight’s episode. The boys have travelled all the way to Australia to see their mum, while their older brothers Kai, 15, and Klay, 11, remain at home.

It’s predicted that there will be tears aplenty when she sees them. Other celebrities’ friends and family members are also due to arrive in the camp.

This comes as another double eviction is scheduled for tonight’s show. A source commented: “It will be some of the most moving scenes ever seen on the show. It’s a real tear-jerker.”

The Mirror spoke to Coleen’s younger brother Joe McLoughlin last week who believes her desire to make her boys proud could drive her to victory in the Jungle, reports the Mirror.

Joe said: “It’s the longest she’s been away from her family, and I know she will be missing them like mad, but it’ll also push her on even more.”

Her father Tony has also made the trip to Australia. Joe added: “Knowing her two youngest lads, as well as Mum and Dad, will be waiting for her when she gets out will be keeping her going.”

Joe also expressed his hope that Coleen can make it to the end.

But he said: “We’re all so proud of her already, to be honest. Of course, we’d love for Coleen to win, but just seeing how she’s handling everything so far, that’s a massive achievement in itself. She’s doing so well.”

ITV chiefs are over the moon with the public’s response to Coleen. Rumours had been swirling that she was the top earner in the camp, yet sources claim she has proven to be “worth every penny” and ranks as one of their most triumphant contestants ever.

An executive shared: “Of all the campmates, she is probably the least showbiz and the most down to earth. It’s why she has connected with not only the people in camp but with the wider public as well. It’s little wonder that ITV would love to do more with her when her jungle adventure is over.”
