It can be quite scary to wake up in the middle of the night after experiencing a nightmare.
Not only do these evening terrors disrupt our sleep schedule, they could also tell us a little bit about our state of mind. And a self-confessed psychic has shared her thoughts on one common dream in particular.
Stacey B wants people to think carefully next time they have a “falling” dream, which can result in you waking up in bed with a start.
She believes it’s a sign your “spirit guides” are communicating “really important messages through your dreams”. So next time it happens, she recommends taking notice.
According to Stacey, dreams involving falling signify that “an area in your life you are losing control over, and it’s time to take control back”.
When people inquire how to discern which aspects of their lives require regaining control, she shares that “there is always a clue in every single dream”.
Upon awakening, Stacey advises to immediately search for the hint left in your dream by recalling “back to the dream”. It could be a person, a name, a place, a scent, or simply a sense of knowing, that can indicate the path to take next.
She believes this clue would “directly take you back and show you what area of your life it is that you need to take control over”.
On TikTok, many resonated with the video and thanked Stacey for the advice. One said: “Omg – last night I had this.” And another wrote: “This happened to me the other night.”
Bad dreams often aren’t anything to worry about – and Stacey’s video is simply one theory of what happens at night. Others may interpret things differently.
The NHS advises people to consult a doctor if nightmares are impacting their everyday lives. You can find more information on the NHS website.
