Taylor Swift visited a Kansas City children’s hospital Thursday, less than a week after her nearly two-year Eras tour took its final bow.

The Grammy-winning superstar, who turned 35 Friday, visited Children’s Mercy Hospital, according to social media posts.

“Children’s Mercy Hospital does their best to nurse seriously ill children, comfort family, and bring a little when they can. Today did not disappoint! Thank you Taylor Swift for bringing some joy to Rylie today!!” Anita Belt captioned several photos of Swift and the young patient on Facebook. “Great way to bring a smile and make a memory!”

According to the photos, the “betty” singer gave Rylie a signed copy of her newly released “Eras Tour Book.”

Another patient, named Baylee, posed with Swift for several pictures, shared on Facebook by Melissa Nuzum, who said the visit was “the coolest, most unexpected surprise ever.. (with like 2 minutes warning).” Swift also gifted Baylee a signed copy of the new book.

“We have fan girled all morning! I even cried because it’s wonderful to see my girl smile so much knowing the pain she’s been in,” wrote Nuzum.

A tweet shared to the Taylor Swift Updates account showed the songstress posing with a fan who held up a blanket reading, “Go Taylor’s boyfriend,” a reference to Kansas City Chiefs tight-end Travis Kelce.

That fan reportedly told Swift she now likes Kelce, according to People.

“Yes, me too,” said Swift. “That’s an absolute yes on that one. Is he your favorite player?” When the fan said Kelce and Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes were both her chosen players, Swift said, “These are good answers. You are acing this.”

People reports that Kelce did not join Swift during Thursday’s visit.

Taylor Swift Updates also shared a TikTok of the pop star dancing to a rendition of “Bad Blood” at the hospital.

Swift wrapped up the Eras Tour last weekend in Vancouver. The record-breaking tour is the first to ever gross over $1 billion. As of its final show Sunday, it grossed an estimated $2.2 billion.
