If you’re on the hunt for a unique alternative to the traditional Christmas pudding this year, then Terry’s Chocolate Orange toast pie might just be the answer. The recipe for this air fryer treat has been shared on Instagram, leaving followers salivating in anticipation.
Its creator, Chloe, reveals that it requires only four ingredients and can be whipped up in a mere five minutes. In a step-by-step video, she first displays the finished product, giving it a squeeze to reveal the gooey chocolate filling.
To make it, Chloe takes a slice of white bread, removes the crusts, and places two segments of Terry’s Chocolate Orange in the centre. She then brushes the inside edges with egg wash, folds the bread over the chocolate, and uses a fork to seal the edges.

After applying egg wash to the entire outside, she pops the pie into an air fryer at 170C for four to five minutes until it turns golden. To finish off her creation, Chloe suggests sprinkling it with icing sugar and drizzling melted chocolate orange over the top.
