Teenage darts prodigy Luke Littler has once again captured the nation’s attention with his extraordinary skills at the oche. The 17-year-old sailed through his World Darts Championships quarter and semi-final clashes against major winner Nathan Aspinall and crowd favourite Stephen Bunting, respectively, over the last two days.

He will now face three-time World Champion Michael van Gerwen in tonight’s final, with the teenager hoping he can get past the Dutchman and go one better than last year, when he was runner-up to Luke Humphries.

Since turning 17 last January, Littler has won an astounding 10 senior Professional Darts Corporation events, including the Premier League, Grand Slam and World Series titles, making him the biggest name in the sport, despite his young age, reports the Mirror.

Dart enthusiasts can elevate their play with the swanky G1s Prodigy version, a gold-toned marvel retailing at £129.95. Recently unveiled by Target, the new Littler darts boast 90 per cent Tungsten barrels and are now available in a dazzling silver and gold design that Target boasts offers “elegance and exclusivity, inspired by the world of collectable trading cards”

The G1 Prodigy isn’t merely for show; it comes equipped with Target’s state-of-the-art Swiss DX Points that ensure a perfect fit into the barrel and features a laser-etched pattern to enhance grip and accuracy on the board. The latest from the Littler range provides players with two-point length choices – 26mm or 30mm – and includes a luxurious gold Swiss Point key tool for easy point switching.

Finishing off the package are purple K-Flex flights, hailing from Target’s acclaimed all-in-one flight system. For those seeking a more budget-friendly option, the Luke Littler Loadout with 90 per cent Tungsten darts is available on Amazon for just £45.90.

Another bargain for the festive season is the Target Darts Luke Littler Cabinet and Dartboard Set, going for a reasonable £59.99 on Amazon. This dart set bundle is an absolute bargain, featuring a dartboard, cabinet, and two sets of darts, though one should note that the included brass darts lack the quality of their tungsten counterparts. The set also includes score charts and a competition standard throw line.

One happy customer stated: “Excellent product for the price, looks really good. Darts aren’t the best but a really good starter set for someone.” In contrast, another buyer warned: “because it’s so heavy, you do need to check that you have a good wall to fasten it to (unfortunately, our plasterboard walls weren’t up to the job).”
