Ben Doak is the subject of a £15million bid from Crystal Palace, according to a report.

The Liverpool starlet is currently on loan at Middlesbrough and grabbing the headlines in the English Championship as he continues getting first team experience under his belt. The Scotland international has keen admirers in the Eagles and they’ve tested the resolve of the English Premier League leaders state The Sun.

Arne Slot is believed to be keen on Palace captain Marc Guehi and it was claimed that they may try poach Doak from Anfield as part of any potential deal but the same publication claim that the offer on the table is separate from any possible move involving the defender.

The 19-year-old has made 20 appearances so far under Michael Carrick and netted two goals and registered five assists. He’s also been a prominent figure for Steve Clarke and the national team with appearances in all of the Dark Blues’ Uefa Nations League group A campaign that ended with a 2-1 win at Poland a third place finish in the section.
