CLEAR FORK, W.Va. – Two weeks ago, Thomas Evans went indefinitely suspended by the Wyoming County Board of Education reportedly due to inappropriate comments directed towards one of his players. Now the county has terminated Evans.
Evans has been the boys basketball head coach of the Westside Renegades since 2022 after previously being the head coach at Oceana Middle School.
The Renegades are now in the search for a new head coach.
