Police have released an e-fit image after a man attempted to snatch two children from a street in London in broad daylight.

Cops confirmed they are investigating the horror incident on Bow Road in Tower Hamlets, East London, at around 4.30pm on November 27. The force issued a statement saying it wants to speak to a man in connection with the incident.

Detectives released an e-fit image of what said main looks like. The man is described as short, white, with blond hair and no facial hair.

At the time of the incident, he was seen wearing a white t-shirt and black trousers with black shoes. Anyone who recognises the e-fit image has been urged to contact police, quoting 5283/27NOV2024.

Tower Hamlets Police said in a statement: “We are appealing for help to identify a man we want to [speak to] in connection with the attempted kidnapping of two children which took place around 16:30hrs on 27 November, Bow Road, E3. The man is described as a white man with blonde hair, no facial hair and of a short height. He was wearing a white t-shirt and black trousers with black shoes.

“If you recognise him contact police quoting 5283/27NOV2024.”
