Molly-Mae Hague has confessed her “only hope” is that she and Tommy Fury get back together in her Amazon Prime documentary Molly Mae: Behind It All.

The 25-year-old beauty influencer has opened up about what really went wrong in her five-year relationship with the boxer after Fury admitted earlier this week that he had been struggling with a drinking problem.

His confession came just days before the first three episodes of the six-part docuseries dropped on January 17 on Amazon Prime.

Molly, who is a mum-of-one to the couple’s one-year-old daughter Bambi, opens up about the awful timing of her split with Tommy amid the launch of her brand new clothing company Maebe at the end of the second episode of the show.

She can be heard saying: “I can’t go through a break up and go through all this stuff with Maebe and be a mum and do everything else.

“What’s getting me through is the hope that Tommy and I, we will end up back together.”

Elsewhere in the documentary, the former Love Island star reveals that she had been giving Tommy lots of chances when it came to his drinking but claims every time he had alcohol, things would turn “disastrous”.

Molly-Mae has been very open about how much she has struggled in the aftermath of her break up and has credited her older sister Zoe Rae as a huge part of her support system, who is said to have had a “turbulent” relationship with Tommy.

The YouTuber was seen reading texts between Molly and Tommy on the reality star’s phone as she advised: “You just have to go through it and it’s hell. That’s what’s making me really sad”, adding that she is very ‘protective’ of her younger sister.

In the same conversation, Molly admits she never wanted to break up with Tommy, who she met on Love Island in 2019, as she tells Zoe: “I’m not breaking up with him because I don’t love him anymore. I’m breaking up with him because he’s not left me any single other choice. Like you’re not leaving me another choice.”

Molly reveals that she felt she had to leave Tommy due to his drinking problems, revealing that: “I never ever wanted to be with someone who drank”.

Speaking with her mum in the first episode of the six-part docuseries, she discusses how she had never wanted their one-year-old daughter Bambi to be a child of divorce, which is something Molly and Zoe went through when their parents split after 25 years of marriage.

She said: “I am angry at him and I am very hurt I can’t help that. I think he hopes in the future that we will be back together as a family.”

Her mum Debbie Gordon presses her on this as she says: “And what do you think?” to which Molly replies: “I never ever wanted Bambi to come from a broken home because I did come from a broken home.”

Before adding: “I just know that isn’t who he wants to be. He doesn’t want this.”

Tommy confessed to his drinking problems earlier this week in an interview with Men’s Health, just hours before Molly’s documentary went live.

He candidly admitted: “We broke up because I had a problem with alcohol and I couldn’t be the partner that I wanted to be anymore. It kills me to say it, but I couldn’t. I loved a pint of beer, loved to drink.

“Cheating was never a thing. You can ask Molly this yourself. It was the drink, and the drink is not a good thing. You need to get a grip of it. If you’re in the same spot as me, where you just think that it’s going to cure all your problems, it doesn’t.”

The first three episodes of Molly Mae: Behind It all are now available to watch on Amazon Prime while the final three parts will drop in summer 2025.
