A 14-year-old girl has vanished after claiming she was recently “followed by someone in a car” sparking an urgent appeal from her mum to trace her.

Paris Shamin Chowdbury’s daughter Aaryana has not been since 9.30pm on Saturday night.

As the Mirror reports her desperate mum wrote on Facebook that her daughter is “very vulnerable”, following her disappearance from Frome, Somerset.

She stated: “My daughter, Aaryana, is missing. She is 14 years old and did not come home yesterday. She was last seen around 9:30 PM near Cheese and Grain in Frome.

“Aaryana is Bangladeshi/Indian and very vulnerable, especially as she has had a difficult year. I’m deeply concerned for her safety, particularly after she mentioned recently that she and her friends were followed by someone in a car trying to offer them vapes.”
