A time capsule is set to be dug up in Auchencairn.
The treasure trove was buried by youngsters from the village school in the Millennium Garden back in 2000.
And now the time has come for it to be dug up.
The school pupils of today will open the time capsule on Thursday, February 6, at 1.45pm and then take the contents to the Murray Hall, where they will be viewed for the first time in 25 years.
There will also be a display of the time capsule contents in the village hall ante Room on March 6 and 20 between 11am and 1pm and March 15 from 11am until 3pm.

Everyone is welcome to go along then and suggest what should go back in for the next 25 years.
The chosen items will be on display in the hall during the Spring Fling weekend in May, before the new capsule is buried in June.
