A woman was killed when her speeding Tesla crashed, overturned, and caught fire on Manhattan’s FDR Drive early Tuesday, police said.

The woman was zipping uptown when she lost control of the Tesla and struck a guardrail near E. 70th St. on the Upper East Side about 2:45 a.m., cops said.

The Tesla overturned, throwing both the woman and her 26-year-old passenger from the vehicle, before catching fire.

The driver was speeding when she crashed, witnesses told WABC Eyewitness News.

“At least 120, 130 (mph). At least,” a witness told the station. “The damage was just so much that it split in half. And that just started going on fire.”

The woman died at the scene. Cops were trying to identify her Tuesday.

Medics rushed the passenger to New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell, where he’s expected to recover.

The northbound lanes to the FDR Drive were shut down as 60 firefighters and an FDNY hazmat team were called to extinguish the lithium-ion battery that powered the Tesla.

The fire was put out by 3:50 a.m., cops said.
