This Morning viewers have slammed the ITV show after a 72-year-old version of ‘Bonnie Blue’ appeared on the sofa.
Caroline Vee was a devout Christian when she decided to become a sex worker. She has also previously appeared on Olivia Attwood ‘s Getting Filthy Rich.
And as she joined Cat and Ben on Tuesday, she opened up about her private life. Caroline began to describe the first time she performed a certain act, and how she was praised by the receiver for her abilities, despite never having done it before.
The two TV hosts were left in shock, as were the viewers watching at home, who flocked to social media to talk about the risque conversation with the guest.
One penned: “Im no prude, but is a 72-year-old talking about o**l, really suitable for morning tv. #ThisMorning.”
While another penned: “Make it stop!” A third exclaimed: “WHAT ON EARTH HAS THIS SHOW BECOME!”
One said: “Move over Bonnie Blue. Granny Green has arrived #ThisMorning.”
Another wrote: “I’m sorry but #ThisMorning has sunk to new lows. Having an escort of any age talking so explicitly about her sex life is not for mid morning television.”
While one said: “Christ- just tuned in and Bonnie Blue’s great gran is on #thismorning.”
Caroline rakes in the cash – thousands per month – under the name Busty Granny, having previously worked as a florist. Admitting to previously enjoying her “nice little Christian life” Caroline explained the catalyst to change her lifestyle was when she started questioning whether there was a God due to troubles in her life.
The 72-year-old said she got propositioned at the florist by a 27-year-old rugby player when she was aged 57. “I knew him through work, we never met but we did flirty stuff over the phone, as you do,” she explained.
After the rugby player took interest in her, Caroline decided to do a “little exploring” and found a website.
Messages from younger men came flooding in, however she said they were too young for her, and decided to meet a man closer to her age. It’s from then that she started to explain the details of her intimate life to Cat and Ben, explaining the man said she “had a gift.”
Caroline then began to speak about another “friend” she’d met on the site, who asked her to join her at a swingers club. “We don’t need too many details!” exclaimed a nervous Ben, as she replied: “I’m not going to give you any because it’s really not suitable for daytime television!”
The pensioner realised that there was money to be made when she then saw a documentary of an 82-year-old doing the same thing, which prompted her to start up professionally.
Despite not having any children or grandchildren, Caroline said that her family “aren’t too impressed” with her new career, and refused to meet her due to what they saw in the media.
However, after raking in £3000 a month Caroline has paid off her mortgage and told Ben and Cat she was “loving life.”
