LYNCHBURG, Va. (WDBJ) – Three 14-year-old boys were charged after a gun was found at Sandusky Middle School Monday, February 3, according to Lynchburg Police.

All three boys were detained for questioning Monday before being charged, according to Lynchburg Police.

Two boys were charged with possession of a firearm on school property and possession of a firearm under 18.

Another boy was charged with larceny of a firearm as well as possession of a firearm on school property and possession of a firearm under 18. Police say the boy stole the handgun from a parent.
