The Super Bowl is almost here and there are several ways to watch and stream the big game and halftime show live for free.

Here’s everything you need to know to watch the 2025 Super Bowl without cable.

What channel is the Super Bowl on?

Super Bowl LIX (Super Bowl 59) will air live Sunday on FOX, and stream for free on Tubi, a free, ad-supported streaming service.

If you have an over-the-air antenna, your TV should get FOX. 

Where to stream the Super Bowl?

In addition to Tubi, there are several streaming services that carry FOX, including YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, Sling TV and fuboTV. 

Many of those services offer free trials, so if you sign up for that you could stream the Super Bowl for free. 

When is the Super Bowl? What time does the Super Bowl 2025 kick off?

Super Bowl LIX (which stands for Super Bowl 59) kicks off Sunday, Feb. 9 at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, around 6:30 p.m. Eastern (5:30 p.m. Central Time, 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time and 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time).

Who is performing at the Super Bowl?

Rapper Kendrick Lamar will headline the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show this year, alongside special guest SZA. While few details about the plans have been announced, Kendrick Lamar won five Grammys for his Drake diss track “Not Like Us” – which will almost certainly be performed at the Super Bowl this weekend.

Before the Eagles and Chiefs take the field, Jon Batiste will sing the national anthem. Trombone Shorty and Lauren Daigle are slated to perform “America the Beautiful” and  Ledisi will perform “Lift Every Voice and Sing” as part of the pregame performances.
