BEE CAVE, Texas — If this season of love has you thinking about goin’ to the chapel and getting married, there’s a business out in Bee Cave that’s bringing Las Vegas to Central Texas.
Chapel of Love ATX, located at Star Hills Ranch off Hamilton Pool Road, specializes in bringing together “Texas charm” and “Vegas simplicity.” While there’s no Elvis impersonator, the chapel follows a similar model to the world-famous Little White Wedding Chapel in “Sin City”.
How does Chapel of Love ATX work?
According to the chapel’s website, its elopements and weddings follow a four-step process: pick your package, pick a date and time, reserve your date and pay, then show up and say “I do.”
The chapel offers walk-ins every Saturday, where couples with a valid marriage license can show up without an appointment and get married by one of the chapel’s founders and officiants, Rev. Lorelei Starbuck or Rev. Ed Sarnella.
Chapel of Love ATX also offers four elopement options: The Make It Legal Drive Up ($195), The Make It Legal Plus ($295), The Maxi ($595) and the Maxi Plus ($895). If you’re looking for something a little more extra, there are also three micro wedding options: the Courtyard Silver ($1,295), Courtyard Gold ($1,695) and Courtyard Platinum ($2,295).
What’s special about the Valentine’s Day celebration?
This weekend, Chapel of Love ATX is hosting its first-ever Valentine’s Day wedding celebration, designed for couples who want a fast, stress-free way to get hitched.
On Friday, Feb. 14, and Saturday, Feb. 15, nearly-weds getting married at the chapel will have access to a Valentine’s-themed balloon wall and courtyard photography, as well as a vintage Airstream photo lounge and refreshments.
The chapel is offering three Valentine’s Day package specials: Hearts’ Promise ($295), Loverbirds’ Kiss ($495) and Cupid’s Romance ($695).
