Officials said multiple people involved in the crash suffered minor injuries.
AUSTIN, Texas — One person is dead following a crash in far southeast Austin.
Austin Travis-County EMS (ATCEMS) reported the crash around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday on the southbound lanes of U.S. 183 at McKenzie Road.
It’s unclear how many vehicles were involved in the crash, but ATCEMS said an adult was pronounced dead at the scene despite life-saving efforts.
Other people involved suffered minor injuries and were being evaluated following the crash.
