MERCER COUNTY, W.Va. -The Mercer County School System has readjusted the instructional schedule to make up for days missed because of inclement weather, with two of those days replacing spring break days.
As of Feb. 12, the schools have had eight “snow days” this school year, with the first one on Nov. 22. Six days had already been built into the calendar to cover snow days, but the last two, Feb. 11 and 12, will be made up on April 24-25, which were scheduled to be part of spring break.
Here are the dates that will be used for instructional days, according to a post by the school system:
April 24-25, May 27 through May 30 and June 2-3.
