Katie Price has opened up about her recent weight loss journey, assuring fans she’s “in a good place” following concerns over her changed physique.

The 46-year-old ex-glamour model has turned heads on social media with her slimmer look, prompting some followers to worry about her health.

Amid speculation, including questions about the use of Ozempic injections or similar treatments, Katie has firmly denied these claims, the Mirror reports.

The mother of five has now revealed the true catalyst behind her weight loss, explaining that her previous diet made her feel ‘puffy’ and that the public had become used to seeing her with a ‘bigger’ figure.

She attributes her transformation to healthier living, focusing on mental and physical well-being.

Star of “The Mucky Mansion,” Katie emphasised that her weight loss is down to natural methods, such as improving her diet and increasing her exercise.

In a candid chat with The Sun, she said: “I was eating the wrong things. Potatoes pasta, carbs, they just puffed me up and made me fart but I’ve cleaned up my diet a lot and eat better things so now I don’t fart.”

The celebrity, who is in a relationship with JJ Slater, candidly discussed her physical appearance and the reasons behind her weight loss.

She had previously talked about this on Rob Moore’s podcast, Disruptors, attributing her slimmer figure to coming off IVF treatments: “So people have said I’ve lost loads of weight. Now there’s a programme coming out in January, my IVF journey. Anyone you know who’s had IVF, you put on weight. I had three IVFs the past 15 months. They all failed.”

Price also mentioned how an injury affected her weight, saying: “It started from when I broke my feet. They said I’d never run again. So I couldn’t run, wasn’t exercising, couldn’t ride my horses, so basically, I was in a wheelchair for 10 months.”

She explained the impact of her health issues during COVID-19: “They said I couldn’t walk again, this all happened around COVID time, so obviously you’re going to put on weight because you’re not moving about. Then I had to learn to walk again, but slowly, I still can’t run now, because I’ve got screws in my feet.”

She elaborated on the effects of IVF and her natural body tendency: “Then I did IVF, pumped all my stuff, and it takes ages for it to get back out your body. But I say to people, if you look at old pictures of me, even after I’ve had babies, I just shrink back. I’ve always been tiny, and I think because the past sort of three years, I’ve been bigger, but they’re the reasons why, right? ”

Price concluded by sharing her return to a more active lifestyle: “Now I’ve gone back, now the IVF that’s all come out, and I’m more active because I could do more because of my feet, and I’m horse riding again, then naturally, I’m going back athletic again.”

The reality TV star has been open about her journey to expand her family, including her decision to undergo in vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatments.

In a Channel 4 documentary titled “Katie Price: Making Babies,” Katie and her then-fiancé, Carl Woods, explored various options to conceive, including the possibility of using a donor egg. However, their relationship ended before they could proceed with this plan.
