Five people were arrested following a disturbance allegedly involving weapons in a Helensburgh street at the weekend.
Police were called to the incident in Helenburgh’s Old Luss Road, at Williamson Drive, at around 5pm on Saturday.
Officers attended after they received reports of a group brandishing weapons.
Police Scotland confirmed that no injuries were reported.
A police spokesperson added: “Three men – aged 17, 21 and 37 – and two women, aged 42 and 44, were arrested and charged in connection with the incident.”
All five are due to appear before Dumbarton Sheriff Court today (Monday) in connection.
