Beckley, W.Va. – A Raleigh County man is behind bars after being charged in connection with soliciting a minor.
Howard Keven Peters, 57, was arrested on Feb. 21 by the Beckley Police Department and charged with soliciting a minor and the distribution of obscene material to a minor.
No further details are available at this point.
Peters remains incarcerated at Southern Regional Jail on a $300,000 surety/cash bond.
