A 24-year-old man behind the wheel of BMW was fatally struck by a Mercedes driver in Queens early Thursday, police said.
The Mercedes-Benz driver is facing charges for the fatal 4:15 a.m. crash at 107th St. and Northern Blvd. in East Elmhurst.
The BMW driver was rushed to Elmhurst Hospital but he could not be saved, cops said. His name was not immediately released.
The 28-year-old Mercedes driver was not hurt but was handcuffed at the scene and taken into police custody, cops said. Charges against him were pending.
Two passengers in the Mercedes, both also 28-year-old men, were taken to Elmhurst Hospital and expected to recover.
