A 65-year-old man is dead after a fire broke out in a Queens home Sunday morning, authorities said.

The blaze started just before 11 a.m. inside the two-story house on 146th St. near Foch Blvd. in Jamaica and quickly spread to three alarms.

Firefighters found the victim unconscious inside and took him to Jamaica Hospital but he couldn’t be saved, according to an NYPD spokesman. His name was not immediately released.

The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
