The scene of the investigation on Retreat Place was cleared just after noon on Wednesday.
GEORGETOWN, Texas — Law enforcement officers responded to a reported bomb threat on Wednesday morning in Georgetown.
According to the Georgetown Police Department, responders arrived around 11:45 a.m. to the 100 block of Retreat Place, not far from Southwestern University, and the scene was cleared at 12:01pm.
No arrests have been reported as responders remain on scene.
Drivers and pedestrians were temporarily asked to avoid the area, but the scene has since been cleared.
