Shoppers looking for a new bottle of perfume ahead of summer need to look no further than one Ghost scent that costs under £25.
There’s no denying that many of us will have tried out the likes of Deep Night, Orb of Night and Sweetheart at some time in our lives. That being said, the fragrance firm does also offer a few little-known scents that are worth testing.
One of them is Ghost Daydream Eau de Parfum that has been praised for its “summery” and “long lasting” scent. Launched in 2018, it is an amber, floral fragrance that has been described as “an ethereal daydream encased in an otherworldly iridescence”.

Whether you need a Mother’s Day gift ahead of Sunday, March 30, or you need to update your own collection, then one retailer stocking the perfume is Amazon. Currently a 30ml costs from just £24.97, while a larger 50ml is priced at £38.97.
Blended with the same notes as the original Ghost Dream, this perfume offers a “sparkling wave” of citrus and salt for a fresh scent. There’s also the likes of jasmine, violet and tuberose to create a “delicate, creamy cocoon”.
Adding a bit of depth are “sensual” base notes of cedarwood, patchouli, musk and amber. Meanwhile, the unique multi-faceted bottle boasts a lilac shimmer to reflect the violet leaf and violet flowers included within the perfume.
Despite not being one of Ghost’s more well-known bottles, the Daydream EDP has earned itself a decent 4.6 rating based on nearly 2,000 Amazon reviews, with high praise for its “feminine” scent that also gets “so many compliments” when it is worn.
One perfume buff said: “I’m already a Ghost fan, so seeing this Ghost Daydream EDP perfume on offer I thought I’d try it. It’s a lovely light floral scent that’s very summery and fresh and being a perfume spray rather than a toilette water spray, it does last longer, making it excellent value. A good everyday perfume that’s not over powering and very feminine I’m happy to recommend.”
Another shopper praised: “I love it! Bottle is beautiful! The scent lasts and I get so many compliments by strangers. Definitely my new favourite ghost perfume.”
