However, not everyone was as pleased with the device, as one person said they wouldn’t recommend it for newborn babies: “This camera and monitor is not good for our purpose for the new born as it’s not sensitive enough to catch the movements or noises newborn makes. Maybe for toddlers but not for us at this point.”
Another person added: “Only slight grievance is it’d be nice to have even a minimal zoom out capability, as where I have to mount the camera for safety reasons, I can’t get a full view of the cot.”
