BECKLEY, W.Va. – The West Virginia State Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman,
According to a press release, Candice Bess was last heard from on March 3rd of this year. On that day she spoke to her family over the phone; she was last seen in person in the area of the Crossroads Mall on February 28th.
Bess is 44 years old, stands 5′2″ and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown hair and Hazel eyes.
