An 8-foot alligator in a Florida driveway interrupted a pizza delivery.
BRADENTON, Fla. — A pizza delivery driver pulled up to a house in Florida to find an eight-foot alligator waiting in the customer’s driveway.
Officer Tolson with the Bradenton Police responded to the call about the gator in the River Isles neighborhood on Sunday.
The delivery driver arrived, saw the alligator and decided she wasn’t going up to the door.
Too terrified to make the delivery, she asked the officer to do it. He warned the customer to stay inside and said he’s bring the pizza around to the back door.
Officer Tolson also agreed to take the customer’s phone and snap a picture for her.
Trappers with Florida Wildlife Commission relocated the gator away from the neighborhood (and Italian restaurants).
