Coffee lovers looking for a new machine can make a huge saving on a “fantastic” product that will have you making barista-standard brews at home.

The espresso experts at L’OR have slashed the price of their Barista Sublime from £151.97 to just £64.99 – a saving of almost £87. As well as knocking 57 per cent off the RRP, L’OR have also thrown in 100 pods for free.

The L’OR Barista Sublime is available in a variety of colours, including Satin Blanc, Piano Noir, and Sunset Rubis, and can brew both single and double espressos. As reported by The Mirror, the knockdown price on the L’OR website easily beats rival retailers.

L’OR’s £64.99 offer is almost half the price of Amazon’s £129.30 for the same bundle. And Philips is selling the coffee machine alone for £83.99.

Ideal for smaller kitchens, the L’OR coffee machine boasts a compact design of 157x402x276mm that won’t overwhelm your worktops. With its sleek appearance and stylish colour options, it blends seamlessly into your space without clashing with your décor.

When it comes to brewing, the machine delivers up to 19 bars of pressure, ensuring a perfect espresso every time. As it works with coffee pods, it’s compatible with various brands, including Nespresso, so you’re not locked into using just L’OR.

Offering a variety of coffee styles, the machine’s pods let you choose from double ristretto, decaf espressos, espresso supremes, and more, making it great for black coffee aficionados.

However, if you enjoy a latte or cappuccino, you’ll need a separate milk frother, like the Panana model from Amazon for £18.99. Alternatively, L’OR offers a package deal that includes the coffee machine, pods, and a milk frother for £89.99, down from £221.96.

The L’OR coffee machine has won over fans, earning an incredible 4.9-star rating thanks to its ease of use and sleek design. Shoppers have been raving about the machine’s performance, with many highlighting how it has revolutionised their coffee-making routine.

One delighted customer left a glowing review on the L’OR website, stating: “A lovely styled and well finished coffee pod machine that will take both sizes of coffee pods. Very pleased with my purchase which included additional capsules.”

Others were equally enthusiastic. “What a fantastic machine,” said another buyer. “Paired it with an amazing milk frother – and now the high street coffee boys are wondering what’s happened to me. The coffee is just as good, too – loving the double-size pods for a BIG mug of hot, milky, frothy coffee. Thank you.”

A third reviewer shared: “Coffee machine and pods are fantastic and work perfectly. Coffee has nice flavours and is very aromatic.”

However, not all feedback has been entirely positive. Some customers noted minor drawbacks, particularly with the machine’s maximum cup height, which is limited to 100mm. One shopper commented: “Great machine – just wish the platform below the nozzles was lower to allow a full-sized mug to fit. It does if you take off the filter platform.”

Another shopper highlighted a slight inconvenience with the water tank, which is located at the back of the machine. They said: “As I have overhead cupboards, I have to pull the machine out to remove the water container and lift up the pod container, which is quite big. This is slightly frustrating for me, however overall it is good value.”

Despite these minor issues, most customers are thrilled with their purchase. The L’OR Barista Sublime is currently on sale at L’OR for £64.99.

If you’re a fan of Nespresso, Amazon has cut 21 per cent off the Citiz Coffee Pod Machine, bringing the price down to £138.98. And if you like big savings, the BREVILLE One-Touch CoffeeHouse II VCF147 Coffee Machine is now priced at £169.99, down from £349.99 at Currys.

For those looking to upgrade to a high-tech, bean-to-cup experience, the SIEMENS TP713GB9 EQ700 Smart Bean to Cup Coffee Machine is also on sale at Currys. Originally priced at £1299, it’s available for £649 – a massive saving on a top-of-the-range model with a built-in milk frother.
