A Long Island man shot his father to death in the home they share on Wednesday, police said.
The shooting happened Wednesday morning in the house on Bruno Lane in Dix Hills, according to Suffolk County police.
Police arrested the son and charges against him were pending late Wednesday afternoon.
Neither he nor his father were immediately identified by police.
