Many Brits are falling in love with the efficiency of air fryers, from their quick cooking times to their energy-saving abilities. With so many different brands on the market, it can be hard to find your perfect match.

One air fryer you may not have considered is the Tower 9L Dual Basket Air Fryer. This must-have kitchen appliance normally sells for £149, but after a cheeky discount from major retailer Fenwick, savvy shoppers can now grab it for £104.30 in the sale.

The 9L Tower Air Fryer comes with two large baskets, which both have a capacity of 4.5L. This air fryer is large enough to feed eight people at once, and gives you the opportunity to cook different foods at the same time that will come out piping hot and ready to eat.

Many shoppers have been blown away by how well the Tower Air Fryer has cooked their family dinners. While there are no reviews on Fenwick’s site, one Amazon shopper said: “Amazing kitchen appliance, very intuitive to use and with the two separate baskets it means I can cook different things at once and make use of the smart finish setting so that they are done at the same time.

“Lots of different modes and options, super easy to clean and also looks great on the kitchen top. It makes great chips and other oven food. I have even roasted whole chickens in it and it comes out just like in the oven.”

Another happy shopper gushed: “This is one of the best pieces of kit we have in the house. We initially had a single drawer Tower air fryer but often found we had to make the decision what would be going in the air fryer and what would be going in the oven.

“With this we don’t have to worry. The matched finish option and ability to have different temperatures is extremely useful and I’ve not found any issues with food cooking through.”

A third five-star reviewer added: “I love this. I haven’t used my oven for months and it’s saved lots on energy costs. The build quality and design are excellent. It not only cooks quickly, it cooks very well. I would absolutely recommend this.”

While a fourth shopper wrote: “We must admit this has been a perfect addition and more than halved our oven usage and gives better results for many roast and frying options in quicker time and with much less energy.

“This dual tray model with a sync option, shake reminder and many other functions has been a welcome addition. Also, as we don’t like a cluttered work top, this fits perfectly in one of our base cupboards when not in use.”

However, not everyone was impressed with the air fryer, as one shopper complained: “I wish I’d never bought this. The instructions are useless. I can’t change the temperature or time, no matter what I do.

“I can’t even start it manually. The few times I’ve used it, I press the chips button to start it no matter what I’m cooking. I then keep checking to see that it doesn’t overcook.”
