Accessing a GP can be a daunting task, particularly in city areas, and it’s easy to delay booking an appointment. Fortunately, many common health issues can be evaluated and treated by your local pharmacy, with an increasing number of these services available online.
In response to this need, Morrisons, in collaboration with online prescription delivery service Phlo, has introduced its own on-demand healthcare service, Morrisons Clinic. This service allows you to swiftly and conveniently obtain the prescriptions you require from a team of fully-qualified clinicians, which are then delivered straight to your doorstep.
The process is straightforward: fill out a questionnaire detailing your health concerns; the clinical team at Morrisons Clinics will review your submission and prescribe appropriate treatment; your medication will then be dispatched and delivered promptly. All medications are sourced within the UK, all communications and packaging are confidential and discreet, delivery is free via Royal Mail Tracked 24, and the service complies fully with UK regulations.
The service can assess and prescribe treatments for common ailments such as weight loss, daily contraception, acid reflux, hair loss, migraines, emergency contraception, hay fever, period delay, acne, erectile dysfunction, menopause, and premature ejaculation.
The newly launched Morrisons Clinic doesn’t yet feature any Trustpilot reviews, but its partner Phlo, which powers the service, boasts a stellar 4.7 average rating from over 6,100 reviews. One satisfied customer praised Phlo with a five-star review: “I recently started using Phlo as my working long hours made it hard for my medication to be picked up. They have super-fast delivery, I get my medication before it runs out, and if I have additional medication it gets sent straight away,” reports the Mirror.
Another wrote: “Really great company. It is wonderful to have your medicine so easy to order online, delivered to your house, and in cardboard boxes with paper tape! ” The eco-conscious will be pleased, as another five-star review notes: “Such a wonderful company. I love that the packaging is paper instead of any kind of plastic.”
However, not all feedback was without criticism, as one customer pointed out slow service: “I ordered a product and was told the wait time to go through consultation would be around a week to then dispatch, taking another 3-4 days,” according to a three-star review, which did add “I asked for a refund which was promptly actioned.”
Others remain delighted with the convenience: “Really useful service, so easy to use. Saves me trying to catch a pharmacy when it’s open, and working full-time makes that difficult. Would highly recommend.”
